Today was my first time here. There was a chair ready when I walked in and my haircut turned out great. I'll definitely come back next time I need a trim.

We have been using this shop for the last few years. However today the treatment my son and husband were given will have me reevaluate my future choices. A younger barber took care of them today and customer service skills were less than the standards we have experienced in the past. My son (who is 7yo) apparently appears ro be a teenager/adult, since the barber charged his hair cut as such. When my husband told him my sons age that didn’t seem to matter and did not changed the price. And appeared to be annoyed the entire cut with my son. There is more to the story. But I think management or owners should be aware of the treatment of long time customers.

I had gone to Bobby and I asked for what I feel was a basic haircut but I am not the barber, I asked for a skin fade on the sides and a hard line with the top left alone. I got home and saw this. A huge chunk taken out of the front. Very disappointed would not recommend at all!!!

I just took my son to this place and it will definitely be the last first of all we arrived at 9:09 he sat down and no one told him he had to sign in after a while and 4 people being in front of him he realized someone was signing in and went to sign in as he heard someone talking about it. After waiting more than 1 hour and a half it was his turn he sat down for more than 1 hour to come out looking almost the same. He showed the guy a picture and his hair looked nothing like the picture he was notified it was an extra $15 to get it tapered really?? After paying $35 for a short haircut he has to pay an extra $15 to get it tapered?? They also don’t style it put products in it brush it nothing they didn’t even blow dry his hair!!! I thought this place had changed and gotten rid of racist unprofessional managers but nope I was wrong! I will not recommend this place to anybody and I will let everybody know about my experience in this place! I will be making the drive to Dmnd Kutz in Avondale they don’t over charge and are very understanding easy to work with cut you r hair the way you want it and taper is included in price they also accommodate you for free! Don’t come to this place! You will regret it!!!

My husband and I relocated to Buckeye recently, and finding a great barber was crucial, especially after leaving our beloved California barber behind. Luckily, we stumbled upon this gem of a barber shop. The barbers here are exceptional at what they do, and their patience and kindness with kids, even amidst the chaos of screams, truly speaks volumes about their professionalism and compassionate nature. We've even convinced my husband's dad to come in for his head shave appointments! Don't think twice about giving this place a try—Andy is simply the best!

Brought my teenage son here. The wait was minimal. I was able to walk in without an appointment on a Saturday evening. His hair is curly and was long and overgrown. Noel did an awesome job. He took his time with great attention to detail. The guys were nice and the atmosphere was chill. Was an overall pleasant experience. We'll be back!

Nate did an awesome job and gave my son exactly what he wanted! We have hunted for a barber that he likes since we moved here in 2021 and have officially found one. Adult cuts are $35 and was definitely worth it. Will be back for sure!

Thank you Josiah for this super clean low fade. I will be making this my go to barbershop for now on. These barbers have patience and will take their time to give you a high quality hair cut. Also they greet you and speak to you and make you feel at home. Such a good vibe. 💈🪮

Avoid this place! (second time here) Their work is MEDIOCRE but have the audacity to charge $30 for kids haircuts!! (prices are posted on the wall) Also, don’t let the 5 stars fool you, they have a sign posted near their register stating that you’ll receive $5 off your cut if you post a review on Google or Yelp. I ended up walking out due to the lack of service… they only had 2 barbers working… one barber is taking his sweet time having a conversation with a customer that’s in his chair. The other barber finishes cutting hair, checks the customer out, doesn’t acknowledge us ( my son & I) and proceeds to head out the door. He starts his car and drives off. I would have appreciated if he stated that he’ll be right back or that someone else will be cutting my son’s hair soon. My son & I were the only ones in the waiting area, you had no other customers besides us so why keep us waiting?!?!! Definitely my last time at this establishment! If I’m expected to pay $30 for my son’s haircut, I expect better service! There are other barbershops in the area that offer better service, better cuts and is inexpensive.

Never again. This is the 2nd time they have messed up my son's hair, I even asked the guy to fix the sides and he didn't even do that right. I showed him pictures of what I expected. One picture is what it's supposed to look like and the other is my son. Going back to K&K on Yuma.
